As noted upthread, UA was the dominant carrier out of LAX. Right now, whether yields out SFO or DEN are better or their JV partners are carrying the load, LAX isn't being served well by this airline. Assuming T9 gets built, we'll see if UA ponies up the resources, planes, flights, destinations, services, etc. to actually commit long-term to their success at LAX.

Or if some bean counters have them shoot themselves in the foot/feet again.
