Just noticed large changes in this year's schedules. Have one of my itineraries from PDX-ATL that doesn't even pull up the right flight number for the rescheduled itinerary (flight that didn't previously/doesn't exist). Used to have status with Delta but moved to American couple of years ago. Regretting it right now with generic non-elite wait times of 6hr for call and 1.5 hour for chat. Last nights east coast winter blast probably isn't helping.
I flew AA the other night (Wednesday) and tried calling during IROPS after landing at LGA since my connection was canceled due to the weather in NYC and even as an AA PLAT it was 2-2.5 hours for the wait time so I didn’t even bother waiting to get through to an agent.
