We downgraded our kids’ AU plats to golds a year ago bc we weren’t traveling (but kept primary plat) They had PP for years with their AU plats and I assumed they were canceled when we downgraded. Last month (a year after downgrade), son received a new PP card. So is it canceled or not? Very odd.
