Traffic noise was extreme, there is virtually no noise insulation. One of the loudest hotel rooms I've ever been in. Would not have been able to sleep. Not a big fan of the spartan AC design/furnishings. Cheap fiberglass shower enclosure is showing embedded dirt and wear.

Staff here are super nice. Parking is still free. I would never pay $469/night, but for 30k points a very reasonable option if you need to be in the Biltmore area (but be sure to request a room away from Camelback!).
Came so close to staying there and never will now.Chose to stay at
the Camby the former Ritz Carlton pretty good
but they never posted my points after repeated follow ups and charging a daily amenity (scam fee)
I’m trying the AC in Fort Lauderdale Beach soon sure hope it’s quiet at least at night.
I’ve heard the beds are hard as a rock and hope it’s folks exaggerating a bit
