What's the deal with Marriott properties (low key, like Fairfield Inn and Towneplace) saying "Sold Out--Check-in Not Available" for entire months. Looking at some properties in Florida for next January, 10 months out. Are they subject to repricing after the New Year? Other Marriott properties in the general area do have Calendar dates available then. I'm looking at paying, not using points, etc.
