Seems to be an issue the last few months, I’m still waiting for December credits. I submitted a claim and was told it was fixed but still over a month later I’m still waiting for my account to show them. I keep replying to my case number but no response, I’m considering opening a new one (every week if I get desperate) until it’s sorted.
I started and ended with an AerLingus segment but I don’t have ticket numbers. I shouldn’t have to keep the boarding passes and my reasoning is if I missed the first flight all subsequent segments would have been cancelled as a no-show.
