I had all day meetings nearby and booked a room here using a 35k free night certificate. Great value as cash rate was over $450/night (absolutely insane valley rates during high season). Upgraded to a suite, with the warning that it could be noisy. Since I only needed day use, that was okay. Suite was on a corner on the 2nd floor, directly fronting Camelback. Traffic noise was extreme, there is virtually no noise insulation. One of the loudest hotel rooms I've ever been in. Would not have been able to sleep. Not a big fan of the spartan AC design/furnishings. Cheap fiberglass shower enclosure is showing embedded dirt and wear.

Staff here are super nice. Parking is still free. I would never pay $469/night, but for 30k points a very reasonable option if you need to be in the Biltmore area (but be sure to request a room away from Camelback!).
