Missing Avios and Tier points

I have recently noticed that of my last 5 trips (all within the last 6 months), only two of them have been fully recorded for Avios and tier points. Two of them have only recorded one leg of the journey and the third one is completely missing. To make matters worse, the "Missing miles" section on the website doesn't recognise the e-ticket numbers.

I sent a message via the "Complaints" section with the booking reference numbers a few days ago but have had no response (not sure what turnaround times are like these days). Calling is a waste of time since once you get to the correct option, the line just cuts out.

Has anyone had any luck in getting these added back recently - my main problem is that I don't have the boarding passes for most of these trips - in particularly since some of the flights are on Iberia and I cant check in online so have to get physical boarding passes at the airport and have not kept them.

Even more annoying is that I have a flight booked next week which would take me up to Silver if all tier points had been correctly added.

Any suggestions/advice as to what to do here?
