In Italy Torino Porta Susa and Bologna Centrale both have underground platforms. For Torino PS it’s all platforms, for Bologna just the high speed ones.

i think Milan Garibaldi also has some underground platforms for the S-lines services, but I consider it more like an urban rail service.
