Funny you say that, because the crew, and especially the CSD, who have been absolutely apologetic and understanding, tried to manually make it flat, but even they couldn’t and unfortunately they made the seat actually de-cline a bit, LOL. But they’re at least trying! And my hope is that the AS staff can help me with this and the row 1 issue, as my need for sleep on my qr830 flight has become a bit more imperative!
