I am NZ based and had a ticket booked with QF in March 2020 to MEL. Naturally, that was cancelled due to COVID. With the borders the way they have been, I have had no way to spend my QF credit, but it looks like it has already expired?? Will they honour an extension? This is pretty poor if not....I didn't pursue it at the time as the airlines were getting slammed with phone calls and I didn't want to add to it. I note my VA credit has a year or so before it expires which is the decent thing to do.
