Why not 8F instead? You have your own storage, and your neighbor (8D) is not worried about being hit -- whereas 8A's neighbor (BTW it's 8C, not 8B) will tend to shift into 8A's space (e.g., angle legs inward) since they are exposed to the jog in the aisle.
