Just finished a stay booked with MHV. Not sure if they book exclusively with Vacasa in the US, but it's pretty clear when they do. I'd suggest checking the vacasa site to price compare.

If there weren't a 4x points offer on top of an Amex $200 off, I would have skipped the MHV booking. As it was, I basically paid $100 more for 25k points.

Can't see whatever MHV is lasting long term, but it has it spots. I don't have a lot of confidence in vacasa customer service either (seems to be kind of a mish mash of companies that they've bought - some are more VRBO style homes and some are resort complexes), but nothing bad to report this time. I'm definitely going to keep use vacasa with the Wyndham trick until something unsatisfactory happens. Hoping that never being the case!
