So I was trying to (unsuccessfully) take advantage of the Air France error fare earlier today From JFK to KEF for $85 R/T. Essentially every time I went through the booking process the price would jump by $800-$1000 on the payment page at which time I backed out of the booking. Which is fine, I tried multiple dates, but none of them worked. I was logged into my Flying Blue Account for each reservation.

For some reason I am now showing 6 reservations on the my trips page from JFK to KEF, I checked all my cards that I have previously used on Air France and do not see any pending charges, so I am assuming for some reason the searches created booking references even though I didn't complete my booking. I have never had this happen with any airline. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I don't want to end up being charged for 6 reservations, it is really odd because the flights are operated on delta and delta shows them as valid reservations on their site.
