Can more First seats be made available over time? Yes.
Is that certain? No.
Is BOS a good route? In between, NYC is better.
Are First seats available at 355 days? Generally not.
Is it getting easier? No, there are far fewer First seats now.
So how do I get First? You pay for a commercial ticket.
