There is no reason to spend that amount of time in ORD at any lounge. You may want to check your bags and get an Uber/taxi/the El/I think there may be a charter bus to the outlet mall a few miles east for entertainment/food. Alternatively I think the Ohare Hilton still does day rooms if you want a place to flop and freshen. The terminal BA flies from gets heavy traffic around that 5pm bank with all sorts of flights shooting off so its not really that quiet (as compared to the later 8pm flight).

SAS lounge is still shut? I mean it was what it was but it had tarmac views and some free beer (my Swede is easily entertained) and ok snax. There's worse places to sit out a layover or early arrival.

Ohare will be a mess for the next few years while they rebuild and rearrange the whole airport.
