Sofitel City Centre does have a lounge but there’s been a lot of cost cutting, and room rates are rock bottom (155++ or 170++ rates for Accor plus members)

Fairmont recently reopened all the gold rooms in the other wing, but elite upgrades are fairly inconsistent.
