The decor and light/airy feeling, the furniture and view. The showers, secluded resting areas. My girlfriend is a fan of The Clarins skin spa.
Service from staff which was, as late as my visit on monday a experience of "I'll go an extra mile" to solve your travel problem. Champagne in bucket loads 😁 (only way it has worked for me to get in Galleries, is to stand by the service entrance with a glass ready) and macarons. As I really like cheese and bread the F&B is plentiful for me. So I have to admit im a fan.
