One is a restaurant on a small island off the shore of Moorea. The other Coco Beach is on Moorea itself. See the map below.) That would be enough for one day. Since we were not able to get to Coco Beach (the restaurant on the island shown in the image below), the plan switched to stop at some seaside bars. We went to the one on Coco Beach on the main island of Moorea. Other than that, we didn't seem to stumble upon many others. So, if you are going to go to Moorea, do some homework regarding what you want to do when you get there. Otherwise, you might end up like my wife and I, and find little to do there..
Thanks for the heads up. We are on Moorea for 5 days. We're renting a car the whole time just in case, but we definitely want 2-3 off days with nothing but lounging at the room/snorkeling. I figure we can fill 2 days with Coco Beach for lunch + some driving around the island (probably all the way around just for fun), and another day for a short hike to Belvedere Lookout and maybe checking out the Mautea Distillery. Will use the car to fetch stuff from the grocery store as well too, and easy transport to/from the ferry dock without having to deal with taxis.
