Would you know if a lot of smaller/local stuff is still open? Like Hmong Village, Marketplace? Their website seems not to have anything listed for 2022.

It could be pretty dry or quite wet. Aprils when spring usually starts in MN...

For specific local stuff don't know - maybe someone else will. Downtown Minneapolis is not the same yet as pre covid. But it's getting there.
