The 40k/$3k offer is OK - I easily get more than $295 worth of value out the card - obv the 55k/$4k offer is better, but I was happy to accept a 40k offer on my plat..
'Er indoors only got the $150 statement credit offer on her Amex Plat. Not surprising as was only 12.5 mths from previous retention offer and minimal spend. Offer was declined and card closed.
