Just tried linking my Uber account this morning and got the "Can't link account - We're unable to link your account to this loyalty programme right now"

I haven't used Uber in a couple of years, and when I did it was mostly in Europe, but occasionally in Canada and the US. Phone number is Canadian. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and am still getting the same message. And I do not see a "rewards" section in my settings in the Uber app.
