So if the onward JetBlue flight is booked as the AA flight number then it shouldn't be a problem, but if it's booked as a B6 flight number then you wouldn't have any access as B6 isn't oneworld.
Unfortunately not the case. The connecting flight must be both marketed
AND operated by a OW flight.
