Looked at the Hilton again this morning, and a king double has dropped from $137 to $125 + taxes (so around $145).
Works out about $55 cheaper than the H and Homewood that are around $200.

How generous are these hotels check-in wise?
Got a flight arriving around 11:47am, so that means 11:30am or earlier if AA follow usual times.
For example, the H says 4pm check-in time. Was planning on popping to In n' Out and possibly heading to Santa Monica to see the ocean etc., so as long as somewhere will happily store my bag, that will do.
