When I stayed at the hotel back when it was a Regent (and all rooms had club benefits), they didn't have really have a dedicated lounge area per se; instead, best I remember, the area next to the lobby was used as the place where one could get their afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and drinks. Even back then, the hotel was quiet, I reckon due to the relatively high prices Regent was charging (and the lack of a market in Sanur for such price range). I am not sure what InterCon has in place for their club offerings, but best I can tell, there isn't really a space that's available for a dedicated lounge.

The villas area does have a small "clubhouse" that has always only been open for villa guests, but I highly doubt it would be used as a club lounge.
