Have you (or anyone) taken that shuttle from the hotel recently? Since 105 Airport Parking changed to South Bay Airport Parking, I haven’t seen any hotel signs on the shuttles and they haven’t made any hotel announcements on the shuttle - and the hotel web site says there is no shuttle. I recall reading somewhere (on FT) that they had some deal with Lyft to get rides to the airport.

having said that, it’s easy enough to walk from the Hampton Inn to the shuttle pickup spot in the parking garage, and I’m not sure how the garage staff would ever know. I think the walkway from the hotel to the parking garage is still there.
