I guess I need to take later flight to KIX (as I have 3hrs and 3.5hrs of transit time for these flights) instead of going directly to Kobe.
The main part of the time is really waiting for the test result, so even if you get quicker through the various stations, the test result takes the same time, so you'll probably just wait longer in the end.
