Thank you for the info. I thought I may be able to make it through with new triple vaxed - fast track system but I guess it is too short than. Last time I went through Haneda last July, it took me about 1hr and 30 to get out of the terminal so I thought it might be faster now..
I guess I need to take later flight to KIX (as I have 3hrs and 3.5hrs of transit time for these flights) instead of going directly to Kobe.
