Their A330s were pulled out of service in 2020 and were preparing to be retired, but then had to be brought back into service due to a shortage of planes caused by the A350 groundings. I flew the A330 out to KWI last month, and had the same experience. The cabin was empty, but I felt it to be super cramped. Thankfully, it was an hour long day flight, so it didn't really bother me, but I wish the aircraft swap from QSuites to A330 didn't happen lol.
