On several flights since the implementation of orange priority bag tags, to and from IAD, BWI, DCA, HNL, OME, and ELP, I haven't noticed any priority at all provided to our bags with orange priority tags; on our latest arrival at BWI this past weekend, we were the only passengers on the flight with mishandled luggage; two of our three bags were left in Seattle where we connected.
