Also, US has upgraded the phones. The old ones were the kind with two separate units that hooked over your ears and the new ones are more traditional one-piece units. I tried out the new ones on a transatltantic flight last week and I'd say they've got better sound, but they aren't the most comfortable (kind of tight).
