Yes, biz class awards (OJ/OC/OD/OI/OZ) earn bonus MQMs as do PS awards (RP/RA/RG). FCM upgrades on awards don't seem to as they rebook into OY (the same booking class as cert upgrades) and apparently system can't distinguish them.
