As others have mentioned, the location is not the greatest for actually being close to useful things. It's not terrible, just not the primary location you'd want. The views, on the other hand, will probably be magnificent.
As someone who has spent a bunch of nights at the WA, I'd have a hard time complaining about the location of the StR...
