Update:

3 night stay; purchased F&B twice. Checked out and FDA handed me my folio for review. F&B credit posted correctly for one day, and was missing for a second. Night auditor or IT software missed it. FDA corrected, but since she'd already checked me out, she had to post a hold on my CC and then refund it, so the final folio shows an extra charge that, according to the FDA, will "fall off in a few days".

However, my folio shows the additional hold as a "charge". Concur and the accounting team doesn't like these extra charges.

Since this policy has gone into affect, I've had one stay where the F&B credit has posted correctly without issue.
