My impression is that to keep them active, they would have had to be activated. Wouldn't the 30 day clock run out even if they remained an active account? If so, I do not see the benefit of this use. Wouldn't I be required to repurchase the service for actual travel use?
Prices have also gone up to the point that esims are more competitive now. My notes from 2-1-20 have Three at 4Gb@$11, 10Gb@$15 and 12Gb@$19.50. These prices were ordering from Amazon for US delivery. Currently the 4Gb is $16.99 and 10Gb@$22.99.
