Comments: Didn't reach out before hand for an upgrade as I did my TnG at Courtyard (highly recommend, 7 hour turnaround). Asked during check in and was given the option to wait for 1.5 hours and a lower floor for a suite or check in on exec floor immediately. I chose to wait.
