So, they hold all incoming ACH transfers requested via Amex app for 5 business days, ridiculous.
Since they do not accept SWIFT transfers, I inquired about other options and they said I could use international ACH. Does anyone know if any international bank even has that? I have Citi in UK and all they do is SWIFT or Citi Global Transfers.
