I am NOT suggesting anyone lies on gov't document. However, Spain has no clue where you actually sat on the plane and uses it for contact tracing purposes only. They'd notify the entire plane if someone tests positive vs. just the two people in front or behind (I think). You can enter any data you want for your seat assignment to get the QR code. Feel free to update it later to the actual seat you flew in. But, those are subject to change at the last second as always and you are not obligated to update it should LH in MUC decide to move your seat due to "operational reasons". Make a best effort is sufficient here.

When I flew LIS-MAD, a gate agent let me change seat. I did not fill up another form with the updated seat assignment. I entered Spain without any problem.
