Out of curiosity, if you book an award stay, the fee is waived right, do you still get those "benefits"? I stayed at the HP in Waikiki and the resort fee was waived but they said that I was not entitled to the benefits they had as a result. That was a totally understandable explanation, but I was just wondering if that was a one-off for HP or is that a general Hyatt policy.
