GRU-DOH last week, tray service and mini desserts. Hot/cold towel offered before departure but only some passengers were asked if they want hot or cold, I personally wasn't. Hot towel provided before landing.

I must admit I didn't eat a lot on this flight. I just had breakfast and the snack with the dessert. The burger snack took an hour and a half to be served from when I asked for it. The dessert I ordered before departure was no longer available when it was time to serve it.
