Called Chase and they confirmed an F-150 type pickup truck is covered, for use on regular roads.
They do not cover u-haul type moving trucks, etc.

Might still take the extra Priceline coverage, as its under $50 for the whole term.
sadly Autoslash/Sure insurance coverage is not available in my state - NY.
