Changes to Upgraded AE Bookings
Hi All,
Booked a trip in Latitude (X booking Class), and then proceeded to upgrade the outbound and return successfully.
Looking to change the return flight and the AE agent is saying that they need to re-price the entire itinerary, Including the outbound to todays rates and rebook. Because X Class is no longer available and the outbound in booked into R now, they cant just change the 1 segment. It would be at todays market rate for the outbound even though no change to the outbound is being requested.
Call me crazy, but this is not how it works. AE agent seemed inexperienced, and claimed that when they spoke to ticketing they said the same thing.
