Germany still only requires vaccination without the need for any booster so you are covered here. Spain requires vaccination within 270 days or a booster (no expiration). You're also covered there because you are boosted by the fact that you have the J&J vaccine and a separate booster. If the TRC won't let you past the data entry process then ignore it and go to the airport and handle check-in. You do not need any test for your outbound itinerary.-RM
Thank you. I ended up calling this morning, and reservations put me through to TRC support. She agreed that this was a glitch in the system and had me upload my vaccine card in the "negative test" field and then someone in whatever department verifies documentation approved it while I was on the phone. All was resolved in about 20 minutes, so big thumbs up for that!

Now we have a second problem in that we have to complete an entry form for Spain and get a QR code. However, the form for Spain cannot be finalized and the QR code issued until all fields are complete, and that includes a seat number on the Lufthansa flight. And since we are in economy on that flight, we can't get seat assignments until check-in. So it looks like we'll have to check in at the airport in anyway.
