I do not regret having a Flight with Avianca.
Rafael, I am simply unsure how to take your post

Are you serious or having a laugh??
As per Brandinho01, I have never heard about any such comments about Avianca staff. In my (huge) experience with Avianca (Diamond for years) my only comment would be that staff are simply normal - all shapes and sizes and well... normal! I know that in past decades Latam (then LAN) were famous for recruiting models as their onboard staff - can't say I think that is a sound method these days.
As for the pilots overcoming turbulence - Quito is a .... of an airport - uneasy approach within the mountains, and at extreme high altitude. I doubt there has ever been a flight to there that did not involve some degree of turbulence.
I can happily accept Duck or Chicken with Potatoes any day. But serve me balsamic vinegar or vegetarian meals and I suddenly get upset....
Again, I truly do not understand your post, but in case it was sarcastic, I think Avianca pilots are awesome, world-class, the Avianca soft product has become dismal, and their stewardesses are just lasses making a living.
The question that beckons is why anyone would want to travel to Quito.... most horrible, smelly, disgusting international village that exists - in my opinion...
