I thought that they had now stopped extending 241 vouchers. I was fortunate that having had our flights cancelled late last year for this February that the 241 was extended through to 2023 so was able to book our outbound flights for Feb 2023. However, I did have to book using the full Avios value for two, then called the US number to have the voucher applied retrospectively - speaking to someone just 12 miles down the road from me in Warrington!!!!
