A Premium Pickup is going to have about as much interior room as a full-size car. The rear seat will accommodate 3 people, but with the child seat, the two adults may feel a bit squished. Keep in mind that the major advantage of the pickup is cargo capacity, not passenger capacity.

Moving up from there if you want a bit more room, you'd be looking at a minivan or full-size SUV as you'd have a 3rd row there so the two adults in the middle row would be able to spread out.
