Air France lost my additional paid checked in luggage in CDG , business class passeng

*** please do not travel in Air France “***
I, my husband and 8 months old kid travelled from MAA to YYZ connecting via CDG in Air France as a business class passenger on 24th Feb .
we totally checked in 6 luggages , wherein the 6th luggage was additionally paid luggage , 240usd at MAA airport.
And at the YYZ-Toronto Pearson airport we were told our luggage was missed to load in the aircraft and it’s in Paris , and it will be shipped in 48 hrs to our house.
after several calls for past 10 days to AF customer service, we got to know that THEY don’t have any updates and we have to keep checking the world tracer as mentioned by customer service
Air France doesn’t care to give any information abt the luggage and they keep asking us to check the world tracer app.we are very stressed because we had our expensive kids cloths and other accessories which cannot be Compensated … we have travelled so many different countries and various flights but this Is the first time experiencing such terrible thing in our lives .. our first and worst experience with Air France .. customer service is the worst of all and they do r give any updates
it’s gonna be 2 weeks , still no updates!!
