The Center suites seemed to be significantly wider overall than the window suites when I flew the 300neo SEA-AMS 2 weeks ago in 1J. The row one seats did seem to have a bigger footwell as far as I could see in both the windows and center seats.
Still loved the flight, ENJOY!
