77W F is marginally better than 77W J. It's the same 1-2-1 configuration and even in First Class the seat pitch is not allowing for a full length bed and you have to sleep diagonally. Obviously service is better in terms of more individualised and the food and beverage is better. If you get a Saver Award for 77W F it's good (as only marginally more expensive than J) but Advantage rates do not make sense at all. 77X F will be in a different league but this will only debut in 2024 the earliest.
