Welcome to FT. You should get the passport with the incorrect name order fixed. At least with US passports they can be reissued for free as it is consider to be an error:
In the mean time I would not use that passport with an airline profile as the name swap is apt to cause issues.

Well it's not an error. In my original country of citizenship I am in their system NAME2 NAME1 SURNAME. In the US after naturalization (many years ago) been NAME1 NAME2 SURNAME ever since. I've seen plenty of cases where people say one passport has maybe a slight spelling variation of name or such, but in this case, it's just the order of the given names, the spelling is all the same.
