Well it's not an error. In my original country of citizenship I am in their system NAME2 NAME1 SURNAME. In the US after naturalization (many years ago) been NAME1 NAME2 SURNAME ever since. I've seen plenty of cases where people say one passport has maybe a slight spelling variation of name or such, but in this case, it's just the order of the given names, the spelling is all the same.
